This offer by Clippers is no good. You don't have the cap space to offer this. You offered Michael Redd 19 million already. You don't have over 40 million dollars to spend. You have to choose 1 player to offer that kind of money to. Not two.

Clippers offer is no good. You already signed Scalabriene to a 3 year 9 million dollar deal, at 3 mill. per year. This is your salary cap.
60,000,000 - 34,706,297= 25,293,703 left for free agents
So the most you could offer a player is 22,293,703. So Cleveland's offer is still the highest for now.
