You don't have this much cap room.
You've offered Wallace a 6.6 mill. Swift a 16 mill. and Redd a 24 mill. You only have 42 mill. in cap space. Those are just from the top of my head. Correct me if I'm wrong.

cleveland, charlotte was outbid by toronto on stromile swift so dont count srtomile in there if he was outbid by someone then hes free to make the redd offer

Now the offer is ok, but yesterday he offered Swift and Redd the contracts at the same time, then signed off. Toronto offered a bigger contract for Swift late last night.
