With only 4 committee members left to vote where Ben goes, it ended up in a 2-2 tie, so I am putting Wallace's fate in the hands of you guys.
Do not vote a certain way because you like a member more. Or because one of them is in your division and you don't want them to succeed.
Vote based on where you think Ben would rather go.
Resign with the Nets, who offered him $21 million right out of the gate, and be given all the minutes he wants, and a chance to challenge Detroit with Kidd, Carter, Posey, and Walker.
Jump ship and sign with Seattle, who ended up offering him $21 million, he would share the center position with Darko again, and have a chance at challenging Detroit with Ridnour, and maybe Butler or Gooden, and Radmonovic.
First to 10 wins.

this is tough. only reason I am undecided right now is because nj had a chance to resign ben and guareentee he stay there but opted not to do that. At the same time Seattle doesnt look too much of a contender though.

I voted NJ. I think it works out best for both teams. Wallace eats up Seattles cap space for the entire future, which he will be needing. NJ needs him to compete right now. He will get plent of PT in NJ and a better chance to compete.

I voted Seattle. He goes to a younger team, and he can be the main man there. Ben Wallace in NJ wouldn't be the man there. And plus, NJ is in the east coast, I want a chance to make the playoffs .

Charlotte makes a good point. It is almost an insult to not add the final year to just ENSURE that he will be coming back to New Jersey.
However Seattle doesnt have much to offer Ben. Ben will be the go-to guy in Seattle, a fan favorite, the franchise player though. In New Jersey they have Carter, Kidd, Walker, etc. to steal the spotlight. New Jersey has a better chance to get to the playoffs and make a run for the title, but Seattle offers a change and spotlight.
Tough one.

Ultimately Ben is flattered by the offers from Seattle but chooses to stay in New Jersey with his family and friends.

Nets could of had him offer him one more year but they didnt so why not let him go to Seattle were he can get the playing time too like all the other people got the 6 year deal why would nets let it go to this and make it a vote so am thinking they really dont want him yea ok they offered that money to him but why not one more year and get him but they didnt they only matched it and thats why I say Nets will lose Big Ben

I never thought of it that way brought up by Charlotte.even though it is just a game. It happened in realy life too when Det didnt bid more than Big Ben wanted.. and Bulls just snagged him away with a better offer making him feel wanted. Hmmm interesting...Not offering the extra year could now hurt NJ..

thats a totally different scenario though if you think about it. detroit offered ben wallace a $48 million contract, and said thats their final offer, they can not and will not offer any more. chicago came in a swooped down with a $60 million offer, which detroit refused to match. if detroit would have said ok we will give you 60, ben never would have left. in this case, both teams ara offering the same amount of money. imagine nj never had ben, and this wasn't a resigning case. if ben had to choose one of those two teams, its jersey, hands down

still hes 32 i think, and he would fit better in NJ. Hes got a better chance at a championship there as well. (also, dont say that if he wanted a championship, in real life, he would have stayed in Detroit, he just flat out did not like Flip and Chicago could offer more money.)

Actually the point is...By the offer NJ has sent it seemsNJ doesnt want Big Ben "ENOUGH".. I mean i didn't think it was that hard offering the extra year so we can avoid this whole situation of drama (Yes this will be dramatic LOL). Unless NJ has a trick under his sleeves then all the power to him.
