If both sides agree to back out of a submitted trade, it can be voided. Otherwise, once a trade is submitted and agreed to, there is no backing out.

That's fine, I don't know how someone could argue that they didn't want to do the trade after saying that they agreed to it and then accepted it, but I guess things happen.

We make both teams accept submitted trades so one doesnt try to lie and steal players.
A lot of teams end up getting better offers or regret doing trades and try to back out of them after they say they accept, but before it is finalized. This protects the other team from falling victim to that.
