San Antonio said that i am aloud to post trades that involve these players even though the other trade hasnt gone through yet because its already accepted, it just cant go through in the game.

This trade can not go through right now.
I don't know if Raptors realized this, but Allan Ray is in the game, so he IS on his roster. He has 15 players and can't trade a 2 for 1.

Actually, I'm going to release Allan Ray from the Raptors in to free agency. He is now a free agent, but isn't likely to help many teams at this point.
