I accept as long as team options are allowed to be picked up by teams in this league. I just need some clarification on that.

i dont know if team options are allowed but felton would be a retricted free agent basically meaning with the rules we have in place you can sign him back no matter what. unrestricted free agents, you need the cap for.

I understand that Char, but some teams go crazy and offer the maximum. I can easily beat that, but I dont think I would want that. I sent a PM to SAS, ill see what he says.
