this is what the playoffs would look like if they started right now...
West:
1- Dallas vs 8- New Orleans
2- Phoenix v 7- Clippers
3- Denver vs 6- LA Lakers
4- San Antonio vs 5- Memphis
East:
1- Orlando vs 8- Milwaukee
2- Detroit vs 7- Miami
3- New Jersey vs 6- Philadelphia
4- Boston vs 5- Cleveland
the big story i think would have to be how Denver at 13-16 is ranked ahead of San Antonio at 22-8 and Memphis at 18-11...i also was surprised at how good the south west division is...it is by far the best division...i mean it has 4 teams in the playoffs including the #1 seed in all of the NBA.
the East is pretty stacked at the top of the confrence...but there is a pretty big drop of (aside from Boston) after the division leaders...There is no clear cut favorite in the east yet because New Jersey, Detroit, Orlando, and Boston all within 2 game of eachother! Indiana, chicago, and Atlanta are all still in the race aswell!
personally i cant waite for the playoffs to start cause its gunna be a lot of fun...
