Hey I am new so I don't know if this was talked about or anything. But what do you think about a max cap. Maybe around 90 mil. Like so you can't resign bench players to the max deals and stuff like that. What you guys think?

Well you can resign your own players if your over the cap right? So just say your over the cap with 5 max contracts as your starters but don't want to lose a valuable bench player.... You can offer him the max contract and keep him. Know what I am saying?

thats not true
you can only resign your own restricted free agents if your over the cap. this is like the NBA not like the NBA Live game
the most i can offer theo ratliff this summer? minimum contract because im over and hes unrestricted. mike dunleavy? max because hes restricted.

Oh i thought the rule was different. I thought like say kobe is a free agent this off season and you are over the cap... you can sign him for the max deal even if you are over. My misunderstanding.
