I made a new poll, I'm going to close this one.
A good point was brought up to me - I'm sure the rest of the NBA would have loved it if the Dallas Mavericks were not allowed to resign Jason Terry because they are over the cap, or if the year after that they have to pick between Josh Howard or Dirk Nowitzki, because Howard will be restricted and Dirk will be able to opt out, or if Detroit wasn't allowed to offer Ben Wallace anything because they resigned Restricted Free Agent Tayshaun Prince to a new contract.
