ive seen wade, melo, lebron, all restructuring their contracts in real life. how will that be handled in this league? since that wouldnt make them FAs for another 3-4 years

we started this league before they did that, they become free agents next year. just like prince, ming, stoudamire, and shaq became free agents this year.

we had a huge controversy surrounding reconstructing contracts last year that gave an unfair advantage to anyone. shaq cut down to like 10 mil and stuff, it was bull. our admin quit and we had to revive the league with a new committee, new admin, and stuff. its all worked out for the best and we wont go down that path again

they didnt restructure their contracts, they got extensions.
say they had 1 year left at $5,000,000 and then they become restricted free agents the next year, instead of becoming free agents they were given max extions, so now they get..
year 1; $5,000,000 year 2: $12,000,000 year 3: ~$13,000,000 etc..
restructuring would be changing the current one, they are just adding on max numbers

We could let people sign extensions if they are willing to give the max, but otherwise I'd be against it completely.
