Here is something I have thought about, Kanye West is still making music right? He said that President Bush hates black people. Go back about three years when the country music group The Dixie Chicks went over to Engliand for a concert and said that they were imbarished to be from the same state as the president. That statement perty much all but killed their career. Sure it took three years before they made a new cd, but how does what Kanye West said, on live tv, just gets a slap on the wrist where country radio did not play a song from The Dixie Chicks for a time? Maybe some stations still don't.

I'm not denying that they don't blame or point fingers, like I said, I'm not strongly liberal nor conservative. Do I believe North Korea was Clintons fault? Not entirely. Bush has had 6 years to deal with Korea. Do I believe some sort of blame should rest with the former President? Sure. But then again, Bush has been in office for 6 years and has done little to nothing to talk to Korea. My main argument is the entire thing is not Clintons fault. He may have some blame, but surely not all of it. It has been almost 7 years since that man was in charge of this government, how can he be solely responsible for North Korea's nuclear weapon? What I'm trying to say is we shouldn't be so focused on who and why this happened. Deal with the problem, no matter who's fault it is. But the democrats are caught up in blaming Bush to get some votes, and the Republicans are caught up blaming Clinton to get some votes. okay...so you're sick of people blaming Clinton for things that are happening now...i can understand that...but at the same time you cant just ignore the fact that Clinton was involved in A LOT of current things. its not all his fault...but some of it is. HE HAS NEVER OWNED UP TO ANYTHING! bush has... Bush has admitted his mistakes time and time again...we cant expect our leaders to be 100% right 100% of the time. but we should expect them to take responsibility for their actions....somthing that the Dems refuse to do. IMO you should be pissed off at people like Kanye West or Green Day. These crazy idiots that are trying to make money by mouthing off and saying crazy things like "George Bush hates black people." when infact Bush has spent MILLIONS more on poverty stricken areas all over the country than Clinton ever did. Politicians lie and point fingers...its been going on for over 200 years...and its never gunna stop....Bush takes more crap from the liberal media than Clinton ever will...but for some reason no one is pissed off about that. I heard what Kanye West said, but what did Green Day say?

im trying to get into one of the military academies. either air force or army.
hey dallas do they have MUN in your school? Its Model United Nations. Its a class that is exactly what it sounds like, and schools all in the region have one big meeting in January to draft resolutions for their countries. Theres only 1 class per school and each school is assigned a country early in the semester and given current problems going on in that country. Im going to be doing it next year. Its only a semester class, and for the 2nd semester they have the same thing except Model U.S. Senate

Actually Liberty doesn't even have a political science undergraduate major nor do they have a graduate program in Poli Sci, they just have a broader Politics and Government major. Though their debate team is excellent. I don't think they do much positive political theory or formal modeling at all. certainly not a top 100 program. I'm sure it's fine if you want to move to a masters in public policy program, or law school, but if you want to continue to graduate work at a top 100 program in political science you might want to consider transfering. If you wanted to stay in the south I'd suggest UNC as the best, Johns Hopkins is reputable, Virginia and UT Austin are also quite good.

Political Science is very different from what most people think it is. It really is much more of a science in a way, with modeling, math and game theory being important. Politics, or government is more of what you probably do in Social studies in high school.
