I vote for Atlanta or Houston but my vote at the end of the year will be who goes further in the playoffs. Both teams were 22-60 last year and look destined to make the playoffs this year.

I personally think that it is between Atlanta and Houston because just like Detroit said they were both horrible teams next year. When the real vote comes around i will vote for who has built the best team.

I am pretty suprised that I made this list but I have to vote for Chicago, he went from a playoff team to a big threat to the top 3 teams here. After that I would go with Atlanta but that is because his team was just aweful and they are doing alright now.

damn i didnt make this list lol but yeah i know my team sucks but look at the team i was given and what i did with it i think its good were just not winning
