Should we start Free Agency later than normal?
I know everyone wants to get on with the season and make changes as soon as possible, but I was thinking..
Should we wait until the game comes out so that we know who is in the game and who isn't, and then we can have a complete list of Free Agents that we can actually vote on?
I can't remember when the game normally comes out, it might be too late in the summer, but this would be a lot of help, so that we aren't wastings bids and money (Jay Williams anyone?)

No, because we do free agency in the summer when everyone is around.

I'm going to have to say no. I like the idea, but the game came out in like August or September, and our FA began in July before school when we had time for it. Plus, not knowing for sure the ratings or who is in the game adds a cautious factor or gambling risk that makes bidding even more fun. Just like in real life, you could sign someone for a lot of money because he had a really good season just before, but on your team he turns out to be a bust or not worth it (Mike James for the T-Wolves). On here you could sign someone expected his rating to be high, and it turns out to be low.

Duh, I didn't even think of the ratings playing a factor in that.
You're right, I like the anticipation factor in not know what the ratings will be while making wagers. You don't know how your FA will pan out for you

I like the way it is, just start after the draft and I think everything will work out.
