Let's just all agree that the Lakers, Knicks, Wolves, Celtics, etc could be great teams today if it wasn't for the horrible moves they made.

Rick Patino is the reason why the celts suck. Ainge has turned things around. He took over this team when it was a group of aging vets....and turned it into one of the better young teams in the league
