In the first round..
Each person will have 12 hours to make their pick, from the time of the selection of the previous pick. That means, in theory, the first round could take 15 days, but not everyone is going to take an entire 12 hours to make their pick. This seems like a very long time, and it is, but it gives us enough time for everyone to make their own picks, and to make trades during your pick. If you can not be on during your pick, send me a draft board of a few people you would like to take, in order of importance. Otherwise, I will select for you after 12 hours.
The 2nd round...
You will have 6 hours a pick. Much shorter, because its not as important, and the quicker this is over, the faster we can start Free Agency.
