so it will come down to this:
Committee votes on which team he goes to. It will depend on: 1) PG power of each team, where he will receive the most playing time. 2) Championship contention factor, where they have the best chance to win it all. If one of you feel like the other might have a better team or an advantage in this, you might want to bid the extra $100,000. Otherwise, you are risking having your cap tied up in Speedy and then not winning him.
