I will now pass it over to Head Coach Scott Skiles...
SS: Hello everyone! Well, I really can't tell you how unbelievably excited that we are about all of our draft picks that we have aquired. We added 5 players that we feel can come in a contribute immediately to our ball club. We feel that adding these players truely makes us a contender this year. We feel that we have one of the best starting lineups in the league along with one of the best benches. Again we are just so excited. I'm going to allow everyone to start the questions for myself, Mr. Paxson, or any of our new players.

Seems like your team lacked big men, why did you draft all sf/ and guards?

We drafted the best players available. We feel that Kevin Durant, Thaddeus Young, Jared Dudley, and Carl Landry can all play the power forward position. We want to have an uptempo game and we feel that they can really run the floor well. We feel that Durant and Landry are the two main guys that will play the 4. Young and Dudley will be bigger SFs. But we feel very comfortable with our our roster right now.

do you think rebounding will be a problem?

no, we really don't. We added Tyson Chandler to the team who is one of the best rebounders in the NBA. Kevin Durant is an excellent rebounder also. We also have 2nd year player Paul Millsap who we expect to be a major contributor this year, not to mention a great veteran big man in Erick Dampier off the bench. So to answer your question, no we really are not that concerned about our rebounding.

Do you think that you are going to get a new sig? Also a question for Durant, How do you feel about playing next to AI? Do you think that you will be getting enough touches to make the impact that you feel you can make?

To answer your first question, yes I will be getting a new sig. As soon as the offseason is coming close to an end we will get a new sig.

Durant: Well first of all I'd just like to say how unbelievably excited I am to be a Chicago Bull. I'm joining a team with a great winning tradition and I'm puting it on myself to get the Bulls back to a Championship team. To answer your question, I'm feel that Allen and I will be able to work extremely well together.. The bigs on this team last year, Gooden and Kaman, got plenty of touches in the games last year so I really don't feel like it will be a problem. Allen gets a rap for not passing the ball but he averages at least 7 assists a game. Joe Johnson also is a great passing guard. I'm very happy about getting a chance to work with that back court. Like coach Skiles said, we are going to be a running team and I feel that we will all feed off each other extremely well.

KD: would you rather be on a team where you are the star player, you are the one who gets the ball in crunch time, you get the ball when you want. Right now it seems like you may be in the shadows of AI and JJ. Many predict you may be one of the best player's ever, how do go about this when you are well... in their shadows... Also don't forget, MJ played for the bulls.

Kevin Durant: I understand that I am coming in with extremely high expectations for me. Yes, I will be playing along side guys like Allen Iverson, Joe Johnsonh, and Paul Pierce. I don't absolutely have to be the star player to be happy, I plan on being a star player, but I am willing to do whatever this team has in mind for me. Last year a team with LeBron James, Dwayne Wade, and Tim Duncan coexisted very well together and won an NBA championship. All of those players were the star on their previous team, but still they worked great together when they had to share the ball. I have every confidence that we will work great together and bring home an NBA Championship very soon!

are the rumors true you tried to trade up to the 1 spot for oden since he would be a better fit for your ball club?

GM John Paxson: I can tell you that it is true that we did work out both players, and liked both a whole lot. We feel that both Kevin and Greg are future hall-of-fame players, but to be honest we feel that Kevin actually fits in better with the acquisition of Tyson Chandler. We need a big time scoring big man and Kevin's resume definetly fits into that category. That's not taking anything away from Greg Oden because like we said, we feel that he is an amazing player, but Kevin was the pick for us reguardless if we had 1 or 2.

SS: hahaha... Kevin is only 19 years old, we have plenty of time to develope his strength. You can't teach what Kevin can do with a basketball!
