i think it should be that you can go over for RFA if you choose, then we have a bidding war for each free agent, if 2 people bid the max, we can just do my previous idea. its better than first come, first serve.

Yeah I think you can go over the cap to resign your restricted free agent but unrestricted you cant.

Whatever wins the poll, we will use. Then the entire poll was a cop out, you can't have No, yesA, yes B and YesC as options then say that 12- 6-5-4 is a win for no, it isn't 15 people voted for a change 12 voted against, it was simply by making the poll the way it was that gave no the win I don't care if you don't make a change but don't misuse the poll to make it say what you want.

then we should do new poll. The poll is poorly designed. We should vote for a change yes or no. If no then we wouldnt need another poll. But if yes then we split it in 2 those 3 changeable catorgories. 16 people voted for a change so their should be a change.

we should of narrowed Yes A Yes B and Yes C down to one Yes and put it up against the No

Can we please make a final decision on this soon? This is getting really annoying with all the different ideas. We just need someone to step up and make a decision. I would like to know if it is even necessary to plan for FA or not for this offseason.

I agree, you guys need to take this stuff up with San Antonio. But for now, we keep it the same as last year just with the change of max contracts.
....And one more thing, for all the newer members in this league(and donnot take this the wrong way), know your place in this league. I am getting sick and tired of new GMs coming and trying to shake things up with what they think is better. You guys are like a freshman on a high school team so please know your place and quietly go about your buissness.
A perfect example of what to do is Utah. He was extreamly quiet all of last season and just went about his buissness. Now that he has been with the league for about a full year, he is voicing his oppinion and it is being respected.
